Creative Direction for Silpada’s New Brand Identity

Silpada fine jewelry was founded in 1997 and in 2016 Silpada joined Richline Group. This move helped grow the brand in a major way by expanding its online presence. After conducting market research, looking at the business, and gathering information from existing consumers, we identified a need for a brand refresh in order to continue Silpada’s growth. Our goal is to update the existing brand in order to tap into new markets, while preserving some of the core elements of Silpada.

We encourage you to join and support our diverse sisterhood, to celebrate a shared love for style, social action, and to connect with multiple generations of women.

It is as a reliable source of inspiration, like a friend or family member whose energy gives you the spark you need to pursue your own path. Above all, Silpada is genuine; the real deal—real silver, real artisans, real community. We remain true to our roots and personal values while encouraging you to stay true to yours.

The logo has been updated with a cleaner font for readability and a fresh look, in order to better resonate with both existing and younger demographics. We’ve kept the iconic logo mark and resized and re-purposed it to stand alone on tags and pieces of jewelry.

Silpada is full of relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, fresh, simple and inspired in the aesthetics of Southern European countries; light and warm tones in color scheme, as well as the extensive use of natural materials such as ceramics, wood, wrought iron and cotton. Design combines playfulness, simplicity, and airiness.

Silpada Packaging Program

Boxes: Different sizes for each product with elegant foil print and satin ribbon for an elevated look.
Gift Bags: FSC recycled paper, made of responsibly sourced wood fiber. These bags use Silpada’s primary brand color and patterns inside for a vibrant, bold look. Tissue paper was added in the inside.
Faux Suade Pouch: This pouch is a good reusable and protective option to be used under inside the boxes.
Bubble Mailers: Recycled Bubble Mailers in three secondary brand colors to distinguish the different distribution channels.
